Morgan's Statement

We are living in a complex and often challenging world to navigate, yet I believe we each have an innate ability to heal and connect to our internal guidance and harmony. My approach is grounded in the mind-body connection, using somatic awareness to help you slow down, build awareness, and gently process what feels difficult or stuck. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, life transitions, adjustment challenges, body image concerns, issues related to self-worth and identity, and more. We will use tools such as narrative therapy, mindfulness practice and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you better understand your inner world and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

In addition to individual psychotherapy, I facillitate a 5-week Foundations of Wellness program. This offering focuses on mindfulness, self-compassion, and sustainable lifestyle practices as pillars for deepening your relationship with physical and emotional well-being. Through this program we explore sound therapy and guided meditation, which is shown to help regulate the nervous system and deepen the mind-body connection. These practices support gentle somatic processing and integration of emotional experiences. This program can serve as an introduction to our clinic or as a complement to other mental health supports you may already have in place. I look forward to meeting you!
