Become a NEW PATIENT in 3 easy steps:

3. Await an acceptance e-mail from us.

Once accepted as a new patient at VMHC, you will receive an e-mail granting you access to our electronic medical platform-RXNT.  Remember your login and password.  Fill out all your demographic and insurance information, you will be able to set your 1st appointment.

WE CURRENTLY ACCEPT BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD INSURANCE. 

Self-pay is also an option.  (We are working on accepting VT MEDICAID.)

IF YOU ARE IN CRISIS, STOP AND CALL 911 OR GO TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT FOR IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE TO KEEP YOURSELF SAFE.
