3. Await an acceptance e-mail from us with a PIN to set up your log-in account.

Within 72 hours, your request will be accepted and you will receive a welcoming email with a Pin Number to set up your password.  This Pin will expire in 12 HOURS-so do it immediately.  When you log in, you will then have access to my calendar to set your own apts.  Remember your login (your e-mail) and the password you set for ongoing access.
