There is a brief waitlist and it may take 2-4 weeks to gain an appointment. Please, be sure your insurance is active at the time of services to avoid unnecessary bills; we only accept VT Medicaid and BCBS insurances.

Become a NEW PATIENT in 3 easy steps:

1. Click the link "Become a New Patient".

2. Fill out the form and click once to submit.

3. Await an acceptance e-mail from us with a PIN to set up your log-in account.

Within 72 hours, you will receive a welcoming email from our client portal-RXNT.  You will get a Pin Number to set up your password-Pin will expire in 12 HOURS-so do it immediately.  When you log in, you will then have access to my calendar to set your own apts.  Your login will always be your e-mail, but be sure to remember the password you set for ongoing access.        System does not work with Safari.  Use Chrome..
